Causa concreta e operazione economica nella giurisprudenza uruguaiana. L’influenza di Enrico Gabrielli

Abstract

This article contains a study about the influence in Uruguayan jurisprudence of some key concepts related

to contract general doctrine, crafted by the Italian professor Enrico Gabrielli. It analyzes particularly the

concepts of economic operation and reciprocal relationship among contracts, widely used by Uruguayan upper

courts, concluding with an acknowledgment to professor Enrico Gabrielli for his contribution to the

development of Uruguayan civil law.
